Just to be clear, these are the things I expect you should be able to do:

– Draw a free body diagram for multiple objects interacting with correctly labeled forces with appropriate length vectors
– Draw a FBD for a case with multiple forces on an object (but not friction)
– Apply the momentum principle to find the change in momentum of an object for a known net force
– Find the net force that would cause a change in momemtum
– Find the acceleration of an object with known forces or find the forces that would cause a known acceleration
– Find an unknown force or forces for an object in equilibrium
– I guess I should say that you should be able to find the change in momentum if you know the initial and final momentum vectors
– Find an unknown force for two objects interacting with each other and be able to identify the “newton 3rd law pairs” even though that is a dumb name
